Our Operations

We’re not just a consultancy that makes pretty decks and provides advice we think might work. We develop this advice from our own operations, the flagship which is our brand Heidi, which has two bakery coffee shops in Berkshire and Surrey.

It’s a start to finish operation; with just about everything we sell being made from scratch. And as an expanding business we’re in a great place to refine the process and tools from Zafiro before rolling them out to our customers.
