Visiting restaurant shows is the single best way to take some inspiration for your food operation. Not only will you have access to hundreds of suppliers in one venue all vying for your business, but it also let’s you take some perspective away from your premises or office and see what other, similar operators are doing.
We have visited some great and some mediocre restaurant shows over the last couple of years. Either way we have always found it hard to get hold of a comprehensive list of the must-visits. So as a helping hand here is a list of all the shows that aren’t to be missed.
We will review these in more detail after each visit in the coming months and try and list some of the star attractions if you are not able to make it yourself.
